Deborah Clague is a designer, illustrator, writer, animal lover, world traveller, amateur photographer and professional dreamer.
I've always found solace with a #2 pencil and a piece of paper. Whether drawing rudimentary portraits of my family as a kindergartener or writing embarrassing pre-emo poetry as a teen, these tools have acted as a conduit for me to unleash my creativity on the world.
Through practice, persistence and sheer determination, I've managed to parlay the skills I've honed into an actual career. Over the past decade, I've worked for several advertising agencies, started a creative services boutique, Oblada Creative, and have had my work published and exhibited internationally. Currently employed in the education field, I have since retired from freelance and am harnessing my energy to create personal art projects.
